Digital Screen Requests

Some of Conference and Event Services bulletin boards have been replaced with digital screens. See below for requirements and limitations for listings on digital screens. 

Requirements

  • Must be a student organization or Cleveland State University Department. 
  • File must be a JPG that is 1920 px wide and 1080 px tall. 
  • Screens must remain up for a minimum of 7 days. 

IMPORTANT

Approval of a digital screen by the University does not constitute a University endorsement or approval of the organization/event. 

  • It may take up to 5 working days for your screen to be uploaded. 

Restrictions

  • Credit card promotional materials will not be posted. 
  • Political campaign material supporting any federal, state, or local political party or politician may not be posted. 
  • Anything with sexual references and/or nudity will not be posted. 
  • Anything with a drug or alcohol reference in any way will not be posted. 
  • Any exceptions to the listed policy is at the discretion of the Senior Assistant Director of Conference and Event Services.
