By attending the Events at CSU Expo, you can enter for a chance to win one of three $1,000 event credits toward your next event with Events at CSU.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter and/or win.
- Prize Value: Each prize is valued up to $1,000. No cash value will be issued for unused portions.
- Number of Winners: Three (3) individual winners will be selected at random from qualified attendees who check-in at Registration and enter the raffle with a business card or raffle entry card. Attendees do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win. See below.
- Eligible Use: Credit is valid for single-day event bookings only, including venue rental, standard equipment, and catering through Events at CSU. Credit cannot be split between multiple event bookings. Any credit balance will be lost; one time use only.
- Booking Window: Event must be booked and held on or before June 30, 2026. No extensions or exceptions.
- One Per Event: Only one credit may be applied per event, regardless of the total event cost or multiple winners.
- Non-Transferable: Credit is non-transferable and must be used by the original winner.
- Exclusions: Credit may not be used toward multi-day events, outside vendor services, or CSU-recognized student organizations. Additional restrictions may apply based on availability and campus policies.
Winners will be notified after the event if they are not present and must confirm acceptance within 10 business days.
